Hi, I’m Corynne

Perhaps you’ve felt like therapy only targets the mind, and could really use guidance and support on whole body symptoms and health? I’m Corynne, and I believe therapy and whole body wellness should be treated differently.
I have been working in the field of mental health and wellness for over 14 years, but to be honest my journey in wanting to help others began long before that- I truly can’t recall a time that I didn’t know I would become a therapist (hello 8th grade Peer Counselor of the Year award). I have always considered myself an empath with a true curiosity about others and a desire to see those around me living their happiest, healthiest life. Shortly after becoming a therapist, I realized how important it was to focus not only on the mind, but on the body in it’s entirety. Enter: my passion for all things holistic health. Being into integrative health and wellness really lights my fire. It's all about seeing how everything—mind, body, spirit—fits together to make us feel our best. I love spreading the word about how powerful the shift can be when we make lifestyle changes in addition to working in therapy.

Working together is collaborative, centered around your needs, and all about building a trusted relationship together. I consider myself a modern therapist, and in sessions you can expect me to show up as authentic and casual, while still remaining professional. We are all on a journey and I want to meet you where you are at to walk along side you toward your goals.

A complete therapeutic approach that recognizes the body and mind are not disconnected
As I’ve explored different therapy approaches, I realized one area that was really lacking in the field was in the mind-body connection. I decided to go back to school for a certification in Integrative Health and Wellness, where I sharpened my skillset and increased my knowledge on a holistic approach to therapy. I realized soon after, that in addition to therapy, there is a real need for support that fosters action and outcomes in the healthcare landscape today. Integrative health coaches promote overall well-being by advocating for balanced lifestyles and sustainable health practices. They emphasize the importance of mindfulness, resilience, and positive relationships in enhancing quality of life. Coaches empower clients to take an active role in their health journey. They educate them about lifestyle choices, self-care practices, and preventive measures, fostering long-term health habits. Sometimes this looks like a specific health goal, other times it looks like a career development goal, lifestyle change, or a measurement of accountability that could be life changing.
